Welcome to uae8. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and uae8 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the uae8 website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, "the Service") available at https://uae8.cam.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service regardless of how you access it — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any uae8-branded mobile application. These Terms should be read in conjunction with ourPrivacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the uae8 Platform through which the User accesses the Service.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, winings, and any credited bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account under a specific promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required to authenticate a User's identity in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Platform" means the uae8 website (https://uae8.cam), its sub-domains, mobile applications, and all associated services.
• "Service" means all products and features made available through the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, and any other gaming products.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winings or Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency supported by the Platform for Malaysian users.

To register and maintain an Account with uae8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. uae8 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities in accordance with responsible gambling best practices applicable to the Malaysian market.
2. You are accessing the Service as an individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of a third party or any commercial organisation.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You have not previously been excluded or banned from the uae8 Platform, nor have you been the subject of a self-exclusion order that remains in force.
5. You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of uae8, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such individual, unless express written permission has been granted by uae8 management.
6. You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or as a result of coercion.

Each individual User is permitted to register and maintain a maximum of one (1) Account on the uae8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, email address, and mobile phone number. The provision of false or misleading information during registration shall entitle uae8 to immediately suspend or terminate your Account, forfeit any Bonus Funds, and withold any Balance pending investigation.

You acknowledge that uae8 may, at its sole discretion and any time, require you to verify the accuracy of the information provided during or after registration by submitting KYC documentation, including a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and, where required, proof of the payment method used.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.

uae8 strongly recommends that all users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account to provide an additional layer of security. You are advised to use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms or services.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify uae8 immediately by contacting our24/7 support team via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. uae8 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account following notification; however, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

uae8 will never contact you by email, WhatsApp, or any other channel to request your password. Any such communication purporting to be from uae8 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

uae8 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. Accepted methods include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). The minimum deposit threshold is RM30. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary by payment method and is displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are generally processed within the following timeframes: DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals within 5–30 minutes; FPX bank transfers within 5–60 minutes subject to banking hours. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is outstanding or where a withdrawal triggers a fraud or compliance review.

Payment Method Consistency: To comply with anti-money laundering requirements, withdrawals must generally be made to the same account or payment method used for deposits. uae8 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal to a new or different payment method.

Third-Party Payments: Deposits made from third-party accounts — accounts that do not belong to the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit will be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

uae8 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referal rewards, and VIP loyalty incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus terms apply across all uae8 promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10× to 30×) before any winings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet: While playing with active Bonus Funds, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is typically capped at RM250 per spin/hand unless otherwise specified. Bets placed in excess of this cap during a bonus period may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward satisfying the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Game contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire after a defined period, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses and any winings derived from them will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated, only one active welcome bonus may be held per Account at any time. Players are not permitted to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a maximum withdrawal limit on winings derived from Bonus Funds. This limit, where applicable, is stated in the specific promotion terms.

uae8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to withold or cancel bonuses where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a promotion has been abused, circumvented, or claimed in bad faith.

uae8 offers sports betting across a wide range of markets including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, international cricket, and e-sports. The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the Platform:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only considered accepted and binding once uae8 issues a bet confirmation reference. Bets not confirmed due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or system timeouts are not valid.
• Void Bets: uae8 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of technical error in odds calculation, manifest pricing error, or circumstances that would render the bet contrary to the rules of the relevant sport or event.
• Live Betting: In-play or live betting odds are subject to change at any time. Bets placed during a brief period of odds suspension will be voided. uae8 shall not be liable for any bets placed on eroneous live odds resulting from data feed delays.
• Maximum Winings: uae8 applies maximum winnings caps per event and per day as specified in the sports betting rules section of the Platform. Winnings exceding these caps will be limited to the stated maximum.
• Casino Games: All casino games on uae8 are provided by certified, third-party game studios. Each game's specific rules and RTP (Return to Player) percentage are available within the game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uae8 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using or attempting to use any automated software, bot, script, or other technical tool to exploit the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems or games;
• Engaging in any money laundering activity or using the Platform as a vehicle for financial crime;
• Allowing or facilitating the use of your Account by any third party;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward uae8 staff or other users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any aspect of the Platform's software or security systems.

uae8 employs advanced fraud detection technology and cooperates with relevant authorities. All accounts are subject to ongoing monitoring for suspicious activity.

All content on the uae8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and game interfaces — is the property of uae8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent of uae8.

The uae8 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of uae8. Unauthorised use of any uae8 trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uae8, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activities conducted on the Platform;
• Technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues that result in bets not being placed or confirmed;
• Loss of data or Account credentials resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security;
• Any actions taken by uae8 in good faith in response to suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms;
• Decisions made by uae8 in exercising its discretion under these Terms, including the voiding of bets or witholding of funds pending investigation.

uae8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all user interactions. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment. The Platform provides a range of responsible gambling tools to assist players in maintaining control of their gambling activity.

Available responsible gambling tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), wagering limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible via your Account settings or by contacting our support team.

uae8 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of21 years for all gambling activities. We employ age verification procedures at account registration and at the point of KYC review. Any account discovered to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.

uae8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• The Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• There is suspicious betting activity that warants investigation;
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires us to do so.

Where an Account is suspended for investigation rather than for confirmed breach, uae8 will endeavour to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation does not reveal a breach, the Account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your preferred payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

uae8 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via email notification to the address held on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not materially alter the rights or obligations of either party, and updates required by regulatory compliance — may be made without prior notice. The effective date of all changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and may close your Account in accordance with the procedure described in Section 13.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which uae8 operates its gaming licence, to the extent permitted by law.

In the event of any dispute between you and uae8, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting our customer support team. uae8 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the dispute resolution process prescribed by the applicable gaming regulatory authority. uae8 shall not be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts in relation to matters governed by its gaming licence jurisdiction.
